!! Troubleshooting:

1.Carplay may not be suitable for some cars, so it is normal that some cars do not work or are incompatible!! In this case, please let us know and we will deal with it for you.

2.If you can’t find the Bluetooth and WIFI of the adapter, you can try to use another phone first. If only a specific mobile phone cannot find the Bluetooth or WIFI of carplay, please try to reset the network and Bluetooth settings of the phone and restart the phone . If the same problem occurs with other phones, the device may be defective. Please let us know and solve the problem for you.

3.The dongle can be paired with multiple phones, but only one device can be connected at a time. Please note, by Bluetooth function default, the dongle's system will only auto-connect back to the last used phone.

4.After connecting bluetooth and wifi, if you are asked to enter a password, you can try to enter the default initial password: 88888888. If you have any other questions, please let us know and we will solve it for you.

5.If you voluntarily turn off the carplay music to talk, carplay wouldn't turn back on, because you canceled it voluntarily, so carplay needs to be manually restarted with your permission, or voice control Siri to turn on the music.

6.If there is no display after connecting bluetooth and wifi, please check if you have the carplay icon on your car screen, if so, touch the apple carplay icon on the infotainment screen. If you can’t find the apple carplay icon, open the phone’s settings, find general, then click carplay, and your car’s name will pop up for pairing, and finally apple carplay will pop up on the car screen, just click it.

7.How can I initiate a refund or return if I find that my car cannot use this product after it arrives?
