Application Services

You can access, remotely control, or manage Cardrivers devices in the app. Our company may collect and use personal information based on the specific features you want to use. When you bind your device to the Cardrivers app, collect the serial number of the bundled product. After obtaining your authorization, let you connect the device online. (We only use this permission, we don't upload or retain the data.) Save permission to store photos and videos in your phone's photo album, and Notification permission to send alerts to your phone. Collect device alerts and device information when using the mobile push notification feature. You can disable this permission at any time through your phone's program permissions settings.

Customer Service

Cardrivers provides product and service consultation, technical support, after-sales service, and other customer services through telephone and online systems. To help you solve the problem as soon as possible, or record the relevant solutions and the results of the problem. The communication/call records and related content provided by our company to your party department (account information, country, email address, order information, payment information, purchasing channels, trade product information, including phone number), call records, and your response to Recording evidence provided by the parties can be collected and stored by this policy.
