Warranty Policy

Thank you for purchasing a Cardrivers product. We want you to be happy with our product, but if you're not completely satisfied or need repairs, we're here to help.

1-year free warranty

Cardrivers provides 1-year free warranty to customers who purchase Cardrivers products from Cardrivers's official online store. This warranty applies to Cardrivers products, including Carplay screens and dash cams. But please note that this does not apply to freebies sent by Cardrivers.

Note: For products purchased not directly through the official store of the Cardrivers website, Cardrivers is not responsible for the warranty of other third-party platforms or dealers. Please contact the platform or retailer according to their warranty policy.

If the product is faulty, you can return it within 30 days, (see our Refund And Return Policy for the process on how to request a refund) We offer a one-year warranty.

Warranty details

  • The warranty period is 1 year from the date you receive the product.
  • Replacement cameras are warranted for 1 year remaining from the date of original purchase.
  • During the warranty period, Cardrivers may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective product or component. At the same time, Cardrivers may also decide to repair or replace with new or refurbished products or parts.
  • If a product or a component contained therein is no longer available,Cardrivers may, at its sole discretion, replace the product with a similar product having similar functionality.
  • The product only has the remaining warranty period from the date you receive the repaired product. The warranty period will not be extended or expanded due to product repairs.
  • The warranty is limited to the manufacturer's defects. Defects do not include intentional or unintentional damage.

What situations are not covered by the warranty?

  1. There is insufficient evidence to prove that the products purchased are from Cardrivers
  2. Product lost or stolen
  3. Items beyond the warranty period
  4. Non-product quality-related issues (including but not limited to: drops, extreme temperatures, water intrusion, and equipment misoperation)
  5. Not handled, stored, installed, tested, or used by any user guide, placement guide, or other instructions provided by Cardrivers;
  6. Deliberately damaging or defacing the camera
  7. Products repaired by third parties
  8. Second-hand products
  9. Acts of God, including but not limited to lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes or hurricanes
  10. This limited warranty does not cover consumable parts, including batteries unless the damage is caused by defects in materials or workmanship of the product or software

How to apply for a warranty?

1: Send an email to our customer service (service@cardrivers.cn) and provide your order number.

2: Please provide us with warranty issues. Cardrivers provides the warehouse address to the customer.

3: Send the goods back to the warehouse address provided by customer service, and provide us with the express tracking number.

4: After the warehouse receives your return, wait for technicians to repair the product. We will resend the repaired product to you. (Within 1-5 working days)

Warranty Fee

  1. We provide 12 months of free maintenance service. If it exceeds 12 months, we will charge relevant maintenance fees.
  2. However, the cost of sending the faulty product to us and the cost of shipping it out need to be borne by the customer. Cardrivers does not bear the return shipping cost of the product.
